Fry four McCain’s Herb Chilli Potato Patty.
Beat the curd, slice onions and place them in chilled water till crisp. Take out pomegranate kernels.
Assemble the dish by placing McCain’s Herb Chilli Potato Patty in plate, top with chilled curd, tamarind chutney, mint chutney.
Sprinkle with chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, top with onion slices, pomegranate and nylon sev. Garnish with coriander leaves.
