McCain Aloo Tikki
Veg Mayonnaise – 2 Tbsp.
Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic
Chilli Sauce
Salt to taste
Burger Buns
Butter
Lettuce Leaves
Sliced tomatoes
Onion Rings
Cooking Method
Fry McCain Aloo Tikki in hot oil at 175°C for 3 minutes. Keep aside.
Prepare the spread by mixing veg mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, chopped garlic and salt to taste. Mix this well.
Spread the butter on the burger buns and toast them properly.
Now put the spread on the buns, then place lettuce, then place McCain Aloo Tikki on top, tomato slices, onion rings.
Your McCain Aloo Tikki Burger is ready.
